Tracey Metcalf
Tracey joined the Cripps team in March 2001 as our new Commercial and Industrial Property Manager.
Tracey is enthusiastic and energetic towards her work and feels attention to detail is an important part of the Property Manager’s role. She has set about the tasks of learning about our range of Owners and Tenants, and is enjoying a new challenge after some 20 years in banking and finance.
Tracey has always lived in the area and has a strong community spirit; she serves on committees for both Primary and High Schools and is involved in the local Safety House Program. Currently living at Grays Point, Tracey and husband Peter have three daughters.
