Katrina Faulkner

Katrina started as a receptionist at Cripps & Cripps where she was exposed to all areas of the Real Estate industry including administration, sales and property management. After working hard in her role, Katrina stepped up into Property Management. She has lived in the Sutherland Shire her whole life and as a local resident, Katrina has a thorough knowledge of the area. This connection with the community gives her the ability to connect with clients and assist them in all aspects of property management. Honesty and professionalism are at the forefront of everything Katrina does in her role as Property Manager. Her extensive customer service skills give her the ability to build a strong rapport with owners and tenants, which helps her achieve the highest level of customer experience for them on their real estate journey. A proud mother of three, Katrina spends her downtime with her family. She loves soccer and is a keen committee member of her local community soccer club.
