Sue Ninkie

Sue Ninkie is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and is a long serving employee of Cripps & Cripps Property. As a valued member of the Cronulla office Property Management team since 1993, Sue offers a high level of expertise and customer service. Prior to Property Management, Sue began her real estate career on reception, followed by sales administration. Living locally and having been a resident of the Sutherland Shire all her life, Sue gives clients faith that her knowledge is sound and based on experience. She loves dealing with people and enjoys assisting her clients in achieving the best possible outcome on their investment property. Sue's main role is conducting regular periodic inspections, which includes informative reports that recommend current property maintenance issues, and re-evaluating clients current rental income with recommendations for increases. Sue has established many long standing relationships with our valued clients, and has found that her strong negotiating skills have served her well.
